By engaging with any offering from Fouché Art Studios — including Spirit Notes, intuitive readings, creative coaching, digital products, and workshops — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Responsibility & Liability

By participating in any services or receiving any products from Fouché Art Studios, you accept full responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, choices, and actions thereafter. These offerings are intended to support self-inquiry, creative growth, and spiritual connection, but are not meant to guide or govern your behavior.

You agree that Fouché Art Studios and its creator are not liable for any outcomes resulting from decisions made after receiving a Spirit Note, reading, or coaching session. Your journey remains your own, and your agency is honored at all times.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Services and content provided by Fouché Art Studios — including Spirit Notes, intuitive reflections, and creativity coaching — are for personal growth and spiritual enrichment. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

If you are in need of support in these areas, you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional.

3. Confidentiality & Respectful Practice

Any information shared through intake forms, email, or coaching sessions will be held in confidentiality and care. Your privacy is respected and your information will never be sold or shared.

Please note: these services are not therapeutic in a clinical sense and are not bound by HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws.

4. Energetic & Creative Disclaimer

Spirit Notes and related offerings are crafted intuitively through a combination of artistic skill, energetic reflection, and sacred listening. They are personal, symbolic, and expressive by nature. No outcomes are guaranteed.

These offerings are created as tools for self-reflection and alignment, not fortune-telling or definitive truth. The insights you receive may resonate immediately or unfold over time.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive Spirit Notes or intuitive services, unless written permission is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Delivery

Payment is due in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise arranged through sliding scale, scholarship, or barter agreements. Once creation has begun, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

Digital products and Spirit Notes will be delivered within the stated timeframe. If delays occur, they will be communicated clearly and with care.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials — including written content, artwork, Spirit Notes, digital downloads, and product descriptions — are the intellectual property of Fouché Art Studios. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written consent.

8. Community Care & Ethical Boundaries

These services are offered from a place of care and spiritual integrity. Harmful, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and service may be declined or discontinued at the discretion of Fouché Art Studios in order to maintain a safe, compassionate space.

9. Consent

By submitting payment or a request for services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you consent to participate with full agency and awareness.
